These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ben55 platform, including all gaming, betting, account, payment, and promotional services. All ben55 promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility criteria. Bonus abuse, including multi-accounting or exploitation of promotional terms, will result in forfeiture of bonuses and account termination.
All games on ben55 use certified random number generation. Collusion, cheating, arbitrage betting, or use of automated software to gain unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account action.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with ben55 and to access any gaming or betting service on the platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced. Ben55 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on ben55. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings.
2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Ben55 shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
2.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify ben55 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. Ben55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
3.1 KYC Verification. Ben55 is required under its licensing obligations to perform Know Your Customer checks on all registered accounts. This process may require you to submit government-issued photo identification (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframes specified by ben55 may result in account restrictions including suspension of withdrawals.
3.2 Account Currency. All accounts on ben55 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Transactions are processed in PKR and displayed in PKR throughout the platform.
3.3 Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be classified as inactive. Ben55 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of PKR 200 per month to inactive accounts after written notice to the account's registered email address. Account balances will not be reduced below zero as a result of inactivity fees.
3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your ben55 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following successful KYC verification, subject to any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

4.2 Deposit Restrictions. All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Ben55 reserves the right to return third-party deposits and close associated accounts.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and satisfactory. Withdrawals of winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirements being met in full. Ben55 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated above, subject to any additional security or compliance reviews that may be required.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. Ben55 is subject to anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under its gaming license. Unusual transaction patterns may be subject to additional due diligence, and ben55 is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without notification to the account holder.
5.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on ben55 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology audited by independent third parties. Sports betting markets are offered on the basis of the odds and terms published at the time of bet placement.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. Ben55 reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed after an event has commenced, where there has been a pricing error, or where system issues have affected the integrity of the market.
5.3 Erroneous Odds. If a bet is accepted at clearly erroneous odds (palpable errors) due to a technical fault or human error, ben55 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake. "Clearly erroneous" shall mean odds that deviate materially from the true market price that would have been offered under normal conditions.
5.4 Cricket and PSL Betting Specific Rules. For PSL and international cricket markets on ben55, the following specific conditions apply: match result markets will be settled on the official result declared by the governing body; in the event of a match abandonment with no result declared, all win/lose markets are void and stakes refunded; player performance markets are settled based on official scorecards published by the relevant cricket board.
5.5 Maximum Payouts. Maximum single-event payout limits apply across betting markets on ben55. Current limits are published within the platform's sportsbook terms and may vary by sport and market type.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by ben55 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. These general bonus terms apply in addition to, and do not supersede, any promotion-specific terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms, Bonus Funds credited to a ben55 account must be wagered at least thirty (30) times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering on specific game categories may contribute at different rates to the fulfilment of wagering requirements, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered to completion within thirty (30) days of being credited will be removed from the account without notice. Winnings derived from expired Bonus Funds will also be removed.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. Ben55 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim Bonus Funds and associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome offers; placing bets that cover opposite outcomes to artificially meet wagering requirements; using automated software to place bets; and participating in promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
7.1 Commitment. Ben55 is committed to providing gaming as a form of entertainment for adults and to supporting the wellbeing of all players. The platform provides tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity responsibly.
7.2 Player-Controlled Limits. All registered players may set the following limits from within their account settings at any time: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; loss limits; wager limits; and session time reminders. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
7.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 12 months, or request permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via the account responsible gaming settings or by contacting support directly. A self-exclusion, once activated, cannot be reversed before its minimum duration expires. During a self-exclusion period, ben55 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent login access and marketing communications.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ben55 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
9.1 Ownership. All content on the ben55 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, game content, and user interface design, is the intellectual property of ben55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited Licence. Ben55 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. No rights are granted beyond what is expressly stated herein.
9.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the ben55 platform without prior written consent from ben55. Framing, scraping, or data mining of the platform is expressly prohibited.
10.1 Service Availability. Ben55 will use reasonable endeavours to ensure continuous platform availability but does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical issues. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability.
10.2 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ben55's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to their ben55 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Exclusions. Ben55 shall not be liable for: indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind; loss of profits or winnings; loss of data; or any loss arising from the Player's reliance on information published on the platform that was subsequently found to be inaccurate due to technical error.
10.4 Force Majeure. Ben55 shall not be in breach of these Terms and shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, regulatory interventions, natural disasters, and acts of government.
11.1 Termination by ben55. Ben55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, where continued operation of the account poses a compliance or fraud risk, or where required to do so by regulatory instruction.
11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining will be returned to the Player via their last-used payment method, following completion of any required KYC and AML checks, and subject to deduction of any amounts owed to ben55. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
11.3 Survival. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and any obligations arising from conduct during the period of account operation shall survive termination of these Terms.
12.1 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the ben55 platform, you should first contact ben55 support at [email protected] with a detailed description of the dispute. Ben55 undertakes to acknowledge disputes within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
12.2 Escalation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with ben55 support, Players may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism available under ben55's gaming license. Details of the applicable body are available on request from support.
12.3 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law applicable under ben55's gaming licence jurisdiction. The parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the processes set out above.
Ben55 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ben55 will provide notice to registered players via email to the registered account address not less than fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the ben55 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Non-material amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by regulatory instruction with immediate effect, may be made without prior notice. The current version of these Terms is always available at ben55.app/terms-conditions.
